Analisa Jayasekera

Are you a pregnant or postpartum mom, dad, or partner who feels overwhelmed, constantly on edge, or like you don't recognize yourself anymore? Maybe you are working so hard to do all the things and be everything to everyone and feel like you are always falling short. If this is you, counseling can help.

In a relationship? Perhaps you find yourself arguing with your partner about the same thing over and over. Perhaps you feel disconnected from him or her or just want to recapture those feelings you had when you were first dating. If this resonates with you, don't give up hope, give counseling a try.

My name is Analisa and I am a psychotherapist, though I also call myself a Hope-Sparker and Self-care Advocate. I am privileged to sit with people and hear their stories and help them recognize their strengths.I am passionate about empowering my clients to make positive changes, nurture self-discovery and awareness, and find joy again. It may feel like you need to hit rock bottom in order to go to therapy, but I believe therapy is for everyone. You don't have to wait any longer, find relief and invest in your wellbeing by contacting me today. I offer a free phone consultation to new clients.

I am conversational fluent in Spanish, and welcome ESL clients.
